Although it begins existence in direct response to a grievous violations of my son’s liberty, it is neither limited in scope to that violation nor to its redress. Josh Wolf is simply one of millions who have been repeatedly violated by the combined forces of wealth and power for what appears to be a period of about six thousand years and for causes which are fundamentally comprehensible and correctable. Because the causes are comprehensible and correctable, there is hope. Because the effects have been six thousand years in building, hope must be tempered by analysis and translated into action wisely. Wise action is a necessary and immediate imperative, however. We do not have much time left to change the entire course of human civilization.
